Khwaissh Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions page defines major terms related to shopping at the Khwaissh portal. This page also defines the return and refund policies. For privacy policy, we have a different webpage. Please make sure to refer to that page, too. Please note that the terms and conditions of this fashion clothing portal are likely to change at regular intervals. Therefore, it is advisable to frequently visit this page to keep yourself aware of applicable terms and conditions.

1. The COD (Cash on Delivery) option is not available on any products at the moment. To complete your order, it is necessary to make the payment for the selected item and get it delivered.
2. The shipping charges are applicable based on your geographical location in India, selected items in the cart at the time of checkout, or other applicable conditions.
3. The delivery date for each product may vary depending on multiple factors. The estimated delivery date will be shown at the time of “Add to Cart”. Usually, it takes 4 to 7 days for product delivery.
4. Different products will be considered different and their delivery dates are invariable to each other.
5. in case of a product is out of stock, you need to select another product, equivalent to the same amount, there won’t be any refund for out of stock products, only replacement with another product is allowed.

Return and Refund Policies

• None of the products is refundable once purchased. You cannot cancel your order and get a refund for the same.
• The return policy is applicable only and only if the delivered product has any defect. To initiate the return process, you will need to create a good-quality video of the defect and send it to our support team at the email address khwaissh.com@gmail.com. Our team will inspect the defect and in case if it falls under our quality category, the return process will be initiated.
• For different products, product return policies may vary. Therefore, for each product, you will find the return policy in the product description. It is necessary to read the description and return policy. In case, the return policy is not mentioned in the product description, then the generic return policy explained in the second point of “Return and Refund Policies” will be applied.
• In any case, a refund will not be provided. You can return and replace the product, in case of quality issues.
